Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can Pause or cancel at anytime in your customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create and account in your shop.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You are always in full control. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Watermans account and pressing the cancel subscription button. No phone calls, no emails, no waiting.
Is cancellation instant?
Yes. Once cancelled, no further subscription payments will be taken. Any order already processed or dispatched will still be delivered.
Can I skip or change deliveries instead of cancelling?
Yes. From your account dashboard, you can skip deliveries, change delivery frequency, update your address, or pause your subscription at any time.
Are subscriptions auto-renewing?
Some subscriptions renew automatically. This is clearly explained before checkout and in your confirmation email. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account.
What if I forget to cancel?
You remain responsible for payments taken before cancellation. However, cancellation is always available instantly from your account without restriction.
Can I get a refund after cancelling?
Cancelling a subscription stops future payments. Refunds for delivered items are handled under our Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
