Shipping Policy

At Watermans, we aim to make delivery clear, reliable, and fully transparent. All orders are shipped using tracked services so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to the UK and internationally.

UK Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on orders of £50 and over
  • UK Tracked delivery: £3.95

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services. A tracking reference will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked International. Once the parcel reaches the destination country, it is handed to the local postal service for final delivery. This may include, for example:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service) – USA
  • Canada Post – Canada
  • Australia Post – Australia
  • La Poste – France
  • Deutsche Post / DHL – Germany
  • Or the relevant national postal service in the destination country

International delivery prices are based on order weight and destination and are clearly shown before checkout.

  • 0kg–1kg: £6.70
  • 1kg–2kg: £9.50

Tracking Information

All orders are sent using tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please note that tracking updates may pause temporarily while parcels are in transit between countries.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, local postal services, and peak periods.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Final Delivery Costs

The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not add unexpected shipping charges after payment.
